Fee structure
A base rate to cover each member's share of our yearly operating expenses
A contribution to capital fund to ensure money is available for repairs, improvements and emergencies
A usage fee with tiered rates that increase for each 10K gallons per month
Water meters are read monthly, verified and entered into our RedlineData Systems billing software.
The system uses our tiered rates to create invoices, which are sent out by email or mail.
Customers can pay by auto-pay or credit card through the Govt Portal linked to the billing system. Checks can be mailed to our PO Box.
Late Payment
60 days past dues will be assessed a late fee of $100
90 days past dues will result in service disconnect until account is paid in full.Â
If service shutoff occurs, a $100 reconnect fee must be paid.
