Each lot has one water connection.
The Company installs and maintains the meter.
Members are responsible for all pipes, valves, irrigation, and fixtures after the meter.
Water is for residential use only, including reasonable landscaping.
No commercial, agricultural, or industrial use.
Water may not be sold or shared outside the Company’s service area.
Each lot is entitled to a fair share of available water.
The Board sets rates to cover:
Water production and delivery. Tiered rates are applied for higher usage.
Water quality testing and compliance
System maintenance and repairs
Reserve funding for future improvements
Pay their invoices on time including basic fee, water usage fee, capital fund and special assessments.
Maintain and repair all plumbing and irrigation after the meter.
Regularly check for leaks and repair promptly.
The Board may consider reduced rates when leaks are repaired quickly.
Ensure tenants and occupants follow all water rules.
Members grant the Company reasonable access to their lot (with notice, or immediately in emergencies) to:
Read meters
Perform maintenance or repairs if necessary
Install, inspect and test the backflow prevention devices attached to their meter and required by the California Water Board
