Water may not be sold or shared outside the Company’s service area.

The Company installs and maintains the water meters
Members are responsible for all pipes, valves, irrigation, and fixtures after the meter
Company shall have reasonable access to the connected lots to:
Read meters
Perform maintenance or repairs as necessary
Inspect and test the backflow prevention devices attached to the water meters
Member Responsibilities
Member Responsibilities
Pay invoices on time
Maintain and repair all plumbing and irrigation after the meter
Regularly check for leaks and repair promptly
Ensure tenants and occupants follow all water rules.
