Our Water System

Our water system is composed of a Main Well (Well #4) and a Backup Well (Well #1) located on Lichau Rd which are pumped to fill two 60,000-gallon tanks located on Oakridge (Tank #1) and at the top of Acacia (Tank #2). A Transfer Booster Station on Acacia Way pushes water from Tank #1 to Tank #2.  All connected residences receive water by gravity from these 2 tanks.

21 fire hydrants and 32 valves are distributed along our water lines to allow partial shut-off, blow-off of sediments, and air relief. 

A communication support system interconnects pumps and tanks to maintain the water levels in the tanks 24/7.

In 2025, the company installed an automatic backup generator for our main well pumps and backup batteries for our communication support system, allowing to maintain water service for more than 60 hours during power outages.
